Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot physical and virtual (like Vmware & Hyper-V) server infrastructure. Develop scripts, programs, and tools to assist with system administration functions. Troubleshoot and resolve critical server and storage related problems. Works with multiple platforms, conducting performance tuning, capacity planning, detailed monitoring and reporting at the engineering level. Participate in the IT Change Management process and regularly scheduled maintenance windows. Address escalated end users’ requests/tickets and provides status updates. Configuring and managing firewalls as well as modifying access rules, NAT policies to ensure security. Installs, configures, maintains, updates, patches, and monitors the operating system software and its associated components. Analyze performance indicators to ensure optimal utilization of resources.

Minimum Educ/Exp:    Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in EE/ElectronicsComm/Engg/Related and six months of related work experience.
